What is SubPilot?
A simple web app to record your subscriptions, see what you pay and what is coming next, and get reminded before renewals and free-trial ends.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. SubPilot never connects to your bank and never asks for bank credentials or card numbers. You enter your subscriptions yourself.
Can SubPilot cancel a subscription for me?
No. It reminds you in time; you cancel directly with the provider.
Why does an annual subscription not appear in every month?
Because you only pay it once a year. It appears in "due this month" only in its renewal month; its monthly equivalent is shown separately as an estimate.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
English, French, Spanish and German. Each subscription can use its own currency; totals are shown per currency.
How do reminders work?
By default you receive an email 3 days and 1 day before each expected charge or trial end, in your time zone. Premium lets you choose the timing.
How do I delete my data?
Delete your account from Settings at any time. Your tracked subscriptions and history are removed.
